Prepare for Your Journey into parenthood!
Join us for our Birth Prep Workshop starting Saturday March 8th. Come and gain the knowledge, confidence and support you deserve for a positive birth experience. Wether you're a first time parent or looking for a refresher, this workshop will leave you empowered and ready for birth!
Our workshop is broken into 4 sessions each lasting 2 hours.
You will learn:
- the physiological process of birth and how to navigate through each stage
-the different comfort measures and how to use them through each stage of labor
-how to create a birth plan and postpartum plan
-and much more
Dr Charlotte will provide snacks and drinks as well as each participant will receive a workbook with all of the information shared during the workshop.
KNOWLEDGE is power in the birth room. You will leave you feeling confident in your birth preferences and choices.
