• How to describe their birthing preferences, including location, pain management techniques, and desired medical interventions.
• The variety of birthing options available, to help make informed choices that best fit their comfort and safety.
• How to prepare for a range of potential birth scenarios, providing flexibility and adaptability in their birth plan.
• The value of open communication with their health care provider, ensuring their birth plan is understood and respected.
• How to craft a detailed birth plan that covers preferred labor, monitoring, and pain management methods, ensuring their voice is heard in the birthing process.
