There is NO single perfect pregnancy or delivery that fits everyone.
In fact, planning for a meaningful and empowered pregnancy and birth often means planning for the imperfect moments.
The unexpected decisions, twists, and bumps in the road.
What we also see is that many expectant parents do not realize just how many choices they actually have when it comes to their care, support team, and the steps that can help them feel more confident, calm, and connected throughout pregnancy and birth.
That is exactly why we are excited to invite you to Birth and Beyond.
During this workshop, we will walk you through how to intentionally design your pregnancy and birth experience and how to navigate things if they do not go exactly as planned.
We will also share insight from our own real-life experiences.
If you know the Rooted Wellness Chiropractic team, you also know we've ALL had our fair share in supporting, welcoming, and soothing A LOT of new babies around the office, and we wouldn't have it any other way!
Most of us have even welcomed a few of our own!

When Mama needs a break, we take our jobs VERY seriously. *
You will enjoy appetizers, beverages, and meaningful connections with other like-minded families and trusted local providers because community matters just as much as education.
Once your cup is filled, we will dive into pregnancy options and support strategies you may not have been told about before.
You DO NOT have to struggle through:
• Uncomfortable digestion
• Swelling
• Overwhelming fatigue
• Lower back or pelvic pain
• Poor sleep
And if you have personal questions about your pregnancy including sleep, mood, discomfort, or birth plans, the Rooted Wellness Team will be there and happy to support you in any way we can!
