Course content:

• Birth settings, preparing for birth and ideas for supports partners
• Physiology of labour and birth, coping mechanisms, positions that may help, when to leave home and how to travel
• Deviations from physiological labour discussed, medivcal interventions, induction of labour, both medical and natural and pain relief
• Empwering couples to make choices that is right for them
• What to expect in the postnatal period.
• Each class lasts for two hours and you should have your camera on.
