Birth 101 is packed with information to help you understand and prepare for labor, birth, and immediate postpartum. This class is meant to be a starting place to help parents go into labor educated on what could happen during labor and feel prepared for the journey!
Education is the key to feeling empowered during your labor and delivery.
We will get together from 9am to 12pm, short but will be packed with information.
This is a group event, both Mom and Dads so they can learn what to expect as well. Space will be limited to 6 couples.
