Birmingham Photowalk — Hosted by CineStill + BHAM FILM WALK

Join us for an afternoon photowalk through the city of Birmingham, Alabama on Sunday, November 29th, beginning at 1PM. Hosted by CineStill and BHAM FILM WALK! This walk will take us through the beautiful areas around the city of Birmingham. We’ll meet first at Birmingham District Brewing Co and hope to head out around 1:30.
Whether you're a beginner learning the ropes or a seasoned film shooter looking to connect with Alabama's photo community, this FREE photowalk is open to everyone. Bring your favorite film camera (or digital — we won’t tell), stretch your legs, and enjoy an afternoon shooting alongside fellow photographers 🤝📸.
We can’t wait to see you there!
GETTING THERE
Birmingham District Brewing Co is located at 2201 2nd Ave S #102, Birmingham, AL. It’s accesible by car or rideshare.
MEETUP
We’ll meet at Birmingham District Brewing Co at 1PM. This is a great chance to meet one of founding members of the CineStill team, say hi to our friends at BHAM BHAM FILM WALK, and connect with other local photographers about cameras, gear, and techniques before we load our film and head out. We plan to head out by 1:30-1:45PM after everyone arrives.

THE WALK
Our route will take roughly 1-1.5 hours of walking, stretched out with plenty of photo stops along the way. We’ll start by heading from the brewery, exploring the streets of Birmingham and stopping at some standout buildings, photo locations and storefronts as we move throughout the city during the day.

Our walk will conclude around 3pm. We invite all those interested to stick around after the walk if you'd like to continue the conversation about all things analog.
Comfortable shoes recommended!
