Mandem on the Mat is a yoga, meditation & sound healing experience. We are a safe space for Black men to holistically explore their mind, body and spirit. We believe that the expansion of consciousness in these three aspects of the self is the key to building a community of men that have self-confidence, self- love and self respect.

We facilitate space for Black men to heal mind, body and spirit through immersive well-being experiences, community connection and self-development workshops.

Mandem on the Mat has collaborated with Men Only Time who will host the Men's Circle and Musculinity Workshop.

Men Only Time is a safe support space for Men to discuss, share and inform each other around spirtuality, Mental Health, Well-being, Love, Family Business and Life...

Men Only Time use Yoga and Breathwork as coping mechanisms to life's challenges on a path to Divine Masculinity
