Birds, Bees & Vines - Wine Education & Tasting
About this Event
Come experience Farm Day through a new lens as we explore the living ecosystem that supports our vineyard. Enjoy an evening of learning about the diverse biome of birds at Farm Day through a guided Bird Talk & Walk, wine tasting, and conversations about the important role of bees and other pollinators in vineyard health.
At Farm Day, we are intentional about cultivating biodiversity by encouraging habitat for native birds, planting foliage that supports bees and beneficial insects, and creating a balanced environment where vines and wildlife can thrive together. Birds contribute to ecosystem balance through natural pest management, while pollinators strengthen surrounding plant communities and support overall ecological resilience.
By fostering a healthy, diverse biome, we aim to create a more sustainable vineyard where healthy soils, balanced ecosystems, and thriving pollinator populations contribute not only to environmental stewardship, but also to the long-term vitality of the vines and the character of the wines they produce.
Join us for an evening to sip, walk, observe, and discover how thoughtful farming practices help create harmony between the vineyard and the life that surrounds it.
