Birds and Brews 2026
About this Event
Join us for our 4th annual Birds and Brews event benefiting local bird and wildlife rehabilitators. Be among the first to get a sneak peek at Knoxville's newest brewery, Wild Spaces Brewery and Farmstead. Enjoy some great craft beer and get upclose and personal with live birds, turtles, bats, and more! Shop some great local vendors and eat from some delicious food trucks.
Rehabbers/Educators this year include...*
- Lisa and Chris Thomison (Owl Ridge Raptor Center)
- Michelle Wilson (Little River Wildlife)
- Susie Kaplar (Bat Education and Rehabilitation of Grainger County)
- Katheryn Albrecht (The Farmland Raptor Project)
- MaryBeth Rood (Mountain Tails Wildlife Rehabilitation)
- John Simcox (Talon Ridge Raptor Institute)
- Sherry Teas (Camp Wildernest Songbird Rehabilitation-Chattanooga)
*Many of these are solo rehabbers. Therefore, the line up is subject to change in the unfortunate event of a wildlife emergency.
