The early bird gets the worm on this birding walk at Old Marsh Road. Join club president, Jeff Bahls, on a guided walking tour across the interior of the refuge via Old Marsh Road.This typically closed area opened June 1, so this is a fantastic opportunity to get out and bird with members of the Horicon Marsh Bird Club! Viewing highlights include many species of water birds such as black-necked stilts, American bittern, common gallinule and more! You will be walking gravel dike tops, up to 3 miles. Wear good walking shoes and bring water.
