Birding Excursion

Come enjoy winter birds with Feminist Bird Club Albuquerque–Santa Fe! We are an inclusive birding group for all ages, abilities, identities, and skill levels. We share a love for birds and a desire to innact social change. We follow the FBC code of conduct and the ABA Code of Birding Ethics.

THIS EVENT IS PART OF THE GREAT BACKYARD BIRD COUNT 2026, so bring your eBird app!

We will meet at the northeast corner of the Los Poblanoso Fields Open Space parking lot. Access to the parking lot is on Tierra Viva Place NW, off Montaño. Wear comfortable shoes and bring any mobility devices that will allow you to move across flat dirt paths for an hour and a half. Please wear layers, as it will be chilly and the open fields can be breezy. Binoculars are encouraged but not required!*
