Join us for a morning of birding in the high-country forests north of Flagstaff. Our destination will be selected shortly before the trip based on current bird activity and conditions, allowing us to choose the location offering the best birding opportunities.
Date: Saturday, June 27, 2026
Time: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Meeting Point: Meet at Basha's parking lot - 1000 N Humphreys St · Flagstaff, US
What to Bring: Binoculars, water, snacks, hat, sunscreen, sturdy footwear, and clothing appropriate for changing mountain weather. A spotting scope is optional.
About the Location: Wilson Meadow: this habitats can host a variety of breeding birds, including flycatchers, warblers, hummingbirds, raptors, Clark's Nutcracker, Williamson's Sapsucker, and other mountain species.
Important: Registration is strongly encouraged for this event. Registered participants will receive the final meeting location and any updates regarding weather, road conditions, or changes to the destination.
