Het Bioscience Engineering Career Event (BECE) is de jobbeurs voor de studenten bio-ingenieur en industrieel ingenieur-biowetenschappen van de Universiteit Gent. De 28ste editie van BECE zal plaatsvinden in de Eskimofabriek te Gent op woensdag 4 maart 2026.
Met BECE willen we studenten bio-ingenieur en industrieel ingenieur biowetenschappen in contact brengen met interessante, innovatieve en relevante bedrijven. Dit is hét evenement om je eerste connecties bij bedrijven te leggen, of zelfs je eerste job of stage binnen te halen.
🗓 PLANNING:
13u-15u: bedrijfspitches (kom zeker 15min op voorhand om op tijd binnen te geraken!)
14u-18u: jobbeurs met meer dan 60 bedrijfsstanden & start-up corner
18u-20u: gratis netwerkreceptie

Vanaf nu kan je je inschrijven voor BECE 2026! Iedereen kan zich gratis inschrijven via het platform CurrVit. Je moet een account aanmaken om deel te kunnen nemen aan het evenement. The Bioscience Engineering Career Event (BECE) is the job fair for the bioscience engineering and industrial engineering-bioscience students of the University of Ghent. The 28th edition of BECE will be organised in Eskimofabriek Ghent on Wednesday, 04/03/2026.
With BECE, we strive to connect bioscience engineers and industrial engineers in bioscience with interesting, innovating and relevant companies. It is the perfect occasion to get acquainted with professional companies and their job or internship opportunities.
🗓 TIMETABLE:
1.00 pm - 3.00 pm: company pitches (be sure to arrive 15 min in advance to be on time!)
2.00 pm - 6.00 pm: job fair with more than 60 company stands and start-up fair
6.00 pm - 8.00 pm: free networking reception
