About this Event
Infant feeding will explore milk as medicine, antenatal colostrum harvesting, positioning and attachment for breastfeeding, and how to bottle feed.
Exploring biomechanics will help to give you the knowledge, understanding, practical tips, strategies and techniques that can increase the likelihood of a more comfortable and straightforward birth.
Sessions are for pregnant people and birth partners, we recommend you attend classes from 34 weeks.
