About this Event
The class will cover:
Physiology of labour and birth
Early labour at home
What to pack, when to come to hospital, and different birthing settings available
The different stages of labour, ways of coping, and pain relief options
Our midwife led birth preparation session for pregnant people and their birth partners is delivered face to face in St Peters Hospital. We suggest booking this class to attend from when you are 34 weeks pregnant onwards.

Please note - these classes are ONLY for those receiving their maternity care from Ashford and St Peters Hospital
