The Colloquium on Friday, Oct 3rd will be presented by Mike Grillo, an Associate Professor of Biology at Loyola University. Mike has broad interests in evolutionary biology, and conducts research on both the genetic basis of plant-microbe mutualisms, and how coevolution contributes to evolutionary diversification and speciation.
Mike's talk is entitled:
Ecology and Evolution of Plant-Microbe Interactions in Legumes
The presentation will begin at 4:00 PM in Lapham Hall N101, preceded by an informal reception from 3:45 - 4:00PM.
