Biofield Tuning - Online Tuning Forks Sound Bath

Welcome to this Online Group Biofield Tuning Session 🎶

This is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and allow your mind and body to return to greater balance. Our intention is to clear mental tension and clutter and gently release blocked energy that no longer serves you.

There is no fixed theme. We will work with the collective energy field, and the pendulum will help guide me towards the areas that need the most attention during each session.

Although this is a group experience, there is still plenty of space for individuality. Your own intention matters and becomes part of the session, allowing you to receive what is most relevant for you.

In Biofield Tuning, we work with the energy field surrounding the body. I use tuning forks in the field to identify areas of dissonance, tension, and resistance, and invite them to soften and reorganise through sound and vibration.

During these sessions, you will also begin to learn more about the Biofield and Biofield Anatomy, and where different emotional patterns are held within the field.

This is an online session so you join from the safety of your own home. If you are new to Biofield Tuning, a group session is a beautiful introduction to the method and a gentle way to discover how it works online.

If you are familiar with one-on-one sessions, the group setting offers a completely different and unique experience.

Before the session, drink some water and create a quiet, cosy space where you will not be disturbed. Prepare a blanket, pillow, and a glass of water. You may sit or lie down—whatever helps your body feel most comfortable and supported. Headphones are recommended for the best sound experience, but regular speakers are also perfectly fine.
