Join Nutritional Therapist, Catherine Arnold for a very special fermenting workshop at the amazing Lauriston Farm. The morning will begin with a fascinating tour of Spencer Christy's biodynamic farm, where you will learn how he sows and harvests to the lunar cycle, uses homeopathy in his soil and meditates with his cows! This will be followed by an information packed, hands on fermenting workshop with Catherine, who has over a decade of fermenting experience! You will be using Spencer's delicious produce to make your own lacto-ferments which you will take home with you.
During the workshop, you'll discover the incredible health benefits of fermented foods and learn how to make easy ferments to support your gut and immune system health. Catherine will guide you through the entire process, so you can feel confident to make your own ferments at home!
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and get messy! You'll be chopping, salting, and brining your own ferments and you'll leave with a newfound confidence in fermentation.
