These open Biodanza sessions are an opportunity to bring into your life an expanding space of ease, integration, co-regulation and renewal. Transformative ground from which to move with this transformative time. We are growing it together! With guided movement and beautiful music, we'll practice shifting our state, moving out of stress and into flow, unwind and tone our nervous systems, cultivate our innate creativity, vitality and presence, and return to our most essential selves, so that our dances allow new possibilities to unfold.
Biodanza is a gentle and powerful integrative system promoting human development both personal and collective, originally developed in Chile during the 1960's and now a global movement. Each class journeys through dances that connect with everyday life, catalyzed with carefully-chosen, inspiring music from around the world. These are invitations into vivencia, vividly lived present moments which create a cascade of experiences opening up new ways of moving through life and relating with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. A pathway for reclaiming what’s most life-giving for each of us, learning how to live together as human beings, and celebrating and building on all the good.
Come as you are for two hours of restorative play and community care that create ripples far beyond our time together.
¡Bienvenides todes! All ages 18+. No experience needed! Just bring your curious heart, comfortable clothes and bare feet or indoor-only shoes for moving in, and a water bottle.

Cancelation Policy (All Sanctuary Special Programming): If you register for a workshop or event and you do not show up, you forfeit your pass. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for reservation cancelations. Please email us at [email protected] if you cannot make it, so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. We are unable to offer credits or refunds.
