Join us for joyful movement, music and connection that will nurture your wellbeing, release any tensions and stimulate joy. We are a group that meet every two weeks in the lovely venue of Sardis Chapel in Pontypridd. All welcome. This is a beginner's group.
The session will be 1.5hrs followed by refreshments.
Cost £10/£7 concessions. £5 for first class.

Directions: Sardis Chapel is tricky to find first time as it doesn't come up on Google Maps/Sat Nav. The chapel is located next to 'Sardis House' a big council building on the A4058/Sardis Road which does come on on Google Maps/Sat Nav. Please note the chapel is above street level and is behind a high brick wall. The chapel has a gate and steps going up to it. There will be be a sign for 'Biodanza - The Dance of Life' on the chapel gate to help you find us.
If you're coming by train, Sardis Chapel is a 1 minute walk from the front of the station down the A4058 towards the direction of the big roundabout.
If you're coming by car, I recommend parking at either Sardis Road Car Park or Goods Yard Car Park which are both free on a Sunday and a short walk to the venue. Please see instructions above for finding Sardis Chapel (it's easier once parked up and by foot!)
