If you have dance in your blood - but haven't yet expressed it, this class is for you....In these classes, you will be guided in how to use natural movements and turn them into expressions of your authentic self.
All movements are based on natural human movement, so no dance training or experience is required. We explore how various types of movement (rhythmic, flow, fast, slow) have different effects on us. Not to worry if you haven’t done any of this dancing before, as everything is really simple and straightforward so it’s a really good intro.
The classes are always fun and are designed to connect us with JOY, PLEASURE, and FUN.
Open to all - no dance experience necessary
We have been running Biodanza classes for 19 years and have created a beautiful community of like-minded people. Join us and make new friends and connections in this large wonderful city of ours.
Biodanza is a conscious dance modality that inspires, encourages, and promotes our connection to the joy of life.
It is a safe space to express ourselves and to re-write our stories through dance, creating a life that works for us.
