Biodanza and Neo-Shamanism is an invitation to explore the depths of our authentic selves. it connects us to our true essence and wild-self in the context of sacred existence.Traditionally, the shaman plays a vital role within the cultural fabric of society, engaging in social and ceremonial practices that call the spirits to uphold harmony, peace and cosmic balance.
Neo-Shamanism and Biodanza assists our personal journey nourishing us through the use of music, group connection and the embodiment of love towards each other.
Neo-Shamanism attracts the highest good for our soul and for the future of planet Earth which needs our attention and action of love and care.
Our journey together will lead us through the following elements:
1. Journey to Personal Empowerment.
2. Connection to Nature and the Elements. Everything is interconnected!
3. Use of Altered States of consciousness through dance, drumming, rituals, to access intuition and spiritual insights.
4. Personal and collective Healing and Transformation.
5. Cultural Diversity: integrating elements from various cultures.
6. Rituals and Ceremonies for spiritual connection, celebration, and communal bonding.
7. Animal Spirits and Spirit Guides for personal guidance.
8. Enhancing Intuition and Inner Wisdom which are crucial for navigating one’s path and making decisions.
About Olga.
Following the Biocentric principles of Biodanza, Olga’s mission is to connect hidden resources of vitality and creativity and re-awaken our potential through music and movement. Olga had has over 20 years of experience in facilitating groups, festivals and managing charitable educational projects.
Here is the programme:
12:45 Registration
13.15 -2:30pm Opening circle and Vivencia of integration.
2:30 - 3:30pm Lunch break. Please bring food to share.
3:30 - 5pm 2nd Vivencia.
5:00 - 6:30pm Break.
6:30-8pm Last Vivencia and closing circle.

12, 12A, 14, 27 and get off at the White Horse Pub stop in Rottingdean.
These buses also run from Brighton railway station if coming by train.
