About this Event

ALIGN. LENGTHEN. BURN.

A form-focused mat Pilates class in the park, blending flow, control and a subtle, steady burn.

This 45-minute session is designed to slow things down — allowing you to properly connect to each movement, refine your technique and build strength through alignment and breath.

It’s less about pushing harder, more about moving well.

All levels are welcome. If you love community, sunshine and starting your day feeling centred and strong — you’ll love this.
