Dear YWCA Members,We are excited to share a new wellness program coming to the YWCA — Bingocize®!
Bingocize is a 10-week health promotion program that combines the fun of bingo with fall-prevention exercises. It’s a great opportunity to stay active, meet new people, and learn techniques to reduce falls while enjoying a fun game environment.
Program Details:
📅 Wednesdays & Fridays

📍 YWCA – Persimmon Room
This program is presented by Coastal Bend Wellness Foundation Community Health Outreach and is open to adults 60 years and older.
