WeCare at the Milford Wellness Village is partnering with Modern Maturity Center to host a series of Healthy Living Self Management workshops and Falls Prevention Programs aimed to provide education and resources for those living with chronic disease and Caregivers!

Binggocize is a 10-week, evidence-based health promotion program that has received approval from both SNAP-Ed and The National Council on Aging (NCOA). This innovative program combines exercise and valuable health information with the popular game of bingo, making it an enjoyable and interactive experience for seniors. With sessions designed to be played twice a week, each lasting approximately 45-60 minutes, Bingocize encourages seniors to stay active, socialize, and have fun. Depending on their physical and cognitive abilities, participants can choose from various “curriculums” such as Exercise Only, Falls Prevention, and Nutrition, ensuring a tailored approach to their specific needs.
