About this Event
Set on the last tennis court on Earth, Bimbo Tennis is a raucous modern farce where a passionate community fights to save their cherished court from Dickball and the fascist Andreessen Corporation. Emma Gardner's original play traces its lineage from Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard and Arthur Kopit's The Day the Whores Came Out to Play Tennis.
This adaptation transforms Colonel Summers Park tennis court into a stage and delivers a hilarious, incisive critique of tennis vs. pickleball, techbro capitalism, and the current sexual recession.
