Join us for a two-hour walk around Biloxi’s Hiller Park for an introduction to edible and medicinal plants. Bring a notebook and pen for notes and a water bottle. $5 - $20 sliding scale. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Both herbalists have a passion for identifying plants and utilizing the plants to make herbal offerings for the community
You'll learn to identify native and introduced species of plants and trees, as well as discuss medicinal and culinary uses, sustainable practices, folklore, and harvesting techniques.
