This would be achieved, the ordinance states, through the development of a comprehensive beautification plan, conducting citywide educational programs, and anti-litter and clean-up campaigns.Members of the seven-member commission, serving three-year terms beginning in late 2025, are:

Other councilmembers made appointments in succeeding weeks, and the revived Biloxi Beautification Commission conducted its first meeting on 5 November 2025.
The commission’s public meetings are held on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 11 a.m. in the City Council room, second floor, Biloxi City Hall, 140 Lameuse St.
