On Thursday 25th June, with the kind support of Buttercup Community Cafe, come and join Billy the Bard at the Frazer Theatre, with his unique style of music of Celtic rhythm and overtones.
He is a self taught guitarist and singer songwriter, poet and storyteller. He has worked extensively across Europe and the UK. Producer of two environmental CDs. Organising tours around Europe and founder of YME (Young Musicians Europe). Played Glastonbury Festival. He produced and presented his own radio show in Glasgow, 'Live and Local'. One of the original organisers of 'The Wicker Man festival' in Scotland. More recently he has played in Harrogate, Otley and surrounding area. He has lived off grid for many years and draws much of his inspiration from nature.
Studies ancient wisdom. He has a strong affection for Knaresborough and it's community. We hope you enjoy his various styles of Music, Muse, Myth and Mirth.
Tickets are £10 (booking fee applies).
Doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 7.30pm.
