Welcome to MISSOULA NEW MOON YOGA W/ GUITAR ACCOMPANIMENT at Residence Inn Missoula! Join us for a unique experience of yoga practice guided by the soothing sounds of acoustic guitar. Let the music and the energy of the new moon inspire and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. This in-person event offers a special opportunity to connect with yourself and the universe in a harmonious setting. Don't miss out on this magical evening of relaxation and renewal.
This class is open to all abilities and ages.

What: 1-hour yoga flow and journaling (please bring your own journal and pen. If you do not have one, a few small ones will be available for use.)
This is a pay-what-you-wish event. Payment will be collected at the time of the event via Venmo or cash.
