Friends and family, I’ve been working on organizing a memorial and celebration of life for my brother in his hometown of Kalamazoo, Michigan. We’re also considering a second gathering in Youngstown, Ohio where he passed but details for that are still being worked out.
For Kalamazoo, we’ve reserved a beautiful room (Glen Vista Gallery - I’ve attached the link at the bottom of my post) at the Kalamazoo Nature Center, one of Bill’s favorite places, surrounded by the trees and nature he loved. The date is Tuesday, August 12th, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM. We’ll have food, drinks, and an open space to share stories, memories, and time together in his honor.
I know it’s a weekday, and many people have work or other obligations. But if you’re able to stop by even just for a little while it would mean a lot to our family and to Bill’s memory.
