BILINGUAL YOGA CLASS

A new wellness dimension is coming to AFSF : join us for yoga sessions ! Anne Barbaret is originally from French Brittany (Bretagne) and has been living in San Francisco for almost 30 years. She has been teaching yoga (Iyengar style) since 2006 for all ages and levels, on Zoom and in person; she also organizes workshops in Saint Briac Sur Mer (Bretagne) every year... Anne will introduce you to Iyengar yoga, with a friendly French accent.

We will furnish mats, blocks and straps, but feel free to bring some additional props if you wish.
