Bike Skills 101: Learn to Ride on the Spectrum 9AM (Forest Park, Queens)

Bike Skills 101: Learn to Ride on the Spectrum class teaches people on the spectrum how to ride a bike for the first time, including balancing, pedaling, starting and stopping, and how to have fun on a bike.

Please note: Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Registration for this class should be under the student's name, not that of parent or guardian.For kids aged 9 and under, you must bring your child's bike and helmet. Your child must be able to sit on the seat resting his/her feet flat on the ground, with the seat all the way down; otherwise the bike is too big for your child to use during this class.For children and adults 10 and up, we provide bikes.
