On Sunday June 7th Elkhart’s Kiwanis Club in partnership with The Tolson Center & The Elkhart County Health Department, are sponsoring a Bike Safety Rodeo! Parents bring your kids, their bikes & we’ll provide a course to provide bike safety along.
