Nothing says summer like a bike ride and ice cream with friends. Join ROCovery for one of our favorite summertime activities throughout the season.If you wish, bring money for ice cream.
All rides, are weather dependent, so please check this event page the morning of the event. In the case of heavy rain or thunder the ride will be canceled.

Helmets are required for all ROCovery rides- there will be NO exceptions to this.
We have a limited number of bikes and helmets to loan- if you need one, email us with your name and height ahead of time before the center closes at 1 PM on Friday at [email protected].
**We will be starting the ride promptly at 11 AM so please plan on arriving before we start! **
Meeting in the parking lot of Lock 33, 1159-1175 Edgewood Ave, Rochester, NY 14618 across the street from JCC.
Helpful things to bring along for the ride would be plenty of water, a snack, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
Difficulty Rating: Beginner friendly: We will be biking on the canal path which is paved and mostly flat. This ride will be on the shorter side and great for folks newer to biking.
This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older.
