About this Event
Bike Prom is a family-friendly event for folks of all ages.
Bike Prom is Bicycle Collective’s annual fundraising event to help support paying down the debt we incurred in the building of our New Hub and Community Bike Shop. Since we like to throw a good party, Bike Prom is our effort to do two things at once.
Don your fanciest prom duds or costume, grab a date (or group, or come solo) and join a thousand friendly riders on a slow ride around SLC streets.
The bike ride starts at 6:30 PM at Liberty Park (corner of 500 East and 900 South) and will end at Woodbine Food Hall ( 545 West 700 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) where we’ll dance and eat the night away! The riding route will make a brief stop at the Bicycle Collective's New Hub site at 900 South and 325 West. The bike ride is approximately 3.66 miles.
Complimentary bike valet will be available at Woodbine and run by Bicycle Collective volunteers, as car parking is limited. The Prom Party will take place in event space adjacent to Woodbine's food hall, and will only be accessible to Bike Prom ticket holders 21+, while the food hall will be open to the public as well as ticket holders of all ages.
A variety of food options will be available for purchase from Woodbine's vendors, including Yakuza Ramen, Dom's Burgers, Deadpan Sandwich, Shwe Sushi, Querubin Taco Lady, Mozz Pizza, Salt City BBQ, The Outpost by Old Cuss, Chunky Cookies, and 2 new vendors who will be in place by Bike Prom. The bottom line is, plenty of options and variety for everyone!
The online Silent Auction is now currently LIVE, with amazing items donated by generous partners like Scott Bikes, POC helmets, Assos Apparel, PNW Components, Red Butte Gardens, ENVE, Snowbird, CACHE products, Snowbasin, Ski Utah, High West Distillery, Beehive Distilling, Patagonia, Kühl, and many more. Of course we want you to attend the event in person and bid on items but visit the auction site to see what we have to offer:

There will be no organized kids activities. Please remember, the private event space at Woodbine is 21+. Families with kids are welcome to join us for the bike ride, food of all kinds at Woodbine, but the party is not an all ages show.
Limited tickets sales available, and prices will go up on the day of the event, so get them early.
While we love aminals, please leave your pets at home.
ROUTE CHANGE! Due to utility construction and unsafe road conditions along parts of the original route, SLCPD has proposed and approved a new route. It will start from the same place as past years, but after a controlled U-Turn, we will take a more direct route to Woodbine.
