Practice running off the bike! We will do a 1 hour ride (30 min out / 30 min back) heading toward Cooper Memorial Library on the trail. When we return, we will run the free Clermont parkrun 5K. Please bring bike lights if you can. All ability levels welcome.
Meet at restrooms across the street from Lake Hiawatha Preserve.
Bring hydration for the ride and the run.
