The palate is well balanced, crisp and linear, with fine delineation. Quite an elegant Sauvignon Blanc, it boasts a precise, sapid finish that urges you back for more. This is very well made and very delicious.

" A mysterious blend, otherwise known as “M blend.” Fresh, exotic herbs, hibiscus, red berries and some blood oranges. Some sweet spices, too. Really juicy and bright on the palate with plenty of succulent fruit. Quite nervy and silky on the palate. Drink or hold. "
