The Golden Six Shooter Returns: Martial Arts Legend Gerald Okamura to Appear at The Frida Cinema for 40th Anniversary Screening
SANTA ANA, CA — This May, the spirit of Little China descends upon Santa Ana. The Frida Cinema, in partnership with Moviebusters Events, is proud to announce a special 40th Anniversary event celebrating the 1986 cult classic action-fantasy film, Big Trouble in Little China.
The event, taking place on Saturday, May 9th, 2026, features a rare personal appearance by legendary actor and martial artist Gerald Okamura,
known to fans worldwide as the iconic "Wing Kong Hatchet Man" and "The Golden Six Shooter."
Fans will have the exclusive opportunity to meet the master of weapons himself during an afternoon autograph and photo session,
followed by a high-definition screening of the film that defined 80s genre-mashing cinema.
