About this Event

The motion: Bigger Is Better

Australia has never been shy about supersizing. We've given the world a giant banana, a golden gumboot and a pineapple the size of a building. But is bigger actually better?

Some of Brisbane's sharpest minds and funniest voices go head to head on the motion in a comic debate that ranges from roadside giants to big houses, big cities and big ambitions. Expect strong opinions, questionable evidence and a few home truths about why we keep supersizing things, and why the rest of us can't help pulling over for a photo. When the arguments are done, the audience decides who wins.

Line-up to be announced soon.
