She is the author of Cook Like a King: Recipes from my California Chinese Kitchen, releasing September 9, 2025. Chef Melissa brings a blend of high-end dining techniques with flavors rooted in Asian influences, offering a fresh and contemporary take on classic dishes. • Chef Gabe Bertaccini: Gabriele Bertaccini is an Italian chef, television personality, and writer.
