The Evening's Journey: We kick things off with an exclusive VIP Cocktail Hour, where you'll be treated to an array of delicious passed appetizers, thoughtfully curated by Bar Volpe. She has guest judged on series such as The Food Network’s 'The Julia Child Challenge' and 'Top Chef'. She is the host of ‘Tasting Wild’, the National Geographic docuseries on Hulu. She is the author of Cook Like a King: Recipes from my California Chinese Kitchen, releasing September 9, 2025. Chef Melissa brings a blend of high-end dining techniques with flavors rooted in Asian influences, offering a fresh and contemporary take on classic dishes. As part of the VIP experience, you will also receive a signed copy of her first cookbook, debuting in September.
- Chef Gabe Bertaccini: Gabriele Bertaccini is an Italian chef, television personality, and writer. He is known for his roles on the Netflix series 'Say I Do' and the Food Network series 'Ciao House'. With a rich background in Italian cuisine, Gabe will take you on a journey of rustic, heartwarming dishes that showcase the authenticity and creativity that Italian food is famous for, with a modern twist.
- Chef Karen Akunowicz: Chef Karen Akunowicz is renowned for winning the 2018 James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: Northeast. Her debut restaurant, Fox & the Knife, was a 2020 James Beard Award finalist for Best New Restaurant in America. Chef Karen has appeared on Bravo’s 'Top Chef' and Food Network’s 'Tournament of Champions'. She is a recurring judge on 'Beat Bobby Flay'. Known for her innovative and bold approach to flavor, Chef Karen has a mastery of both comfort and complexity in every bite.
