Fitness Activities
Free Gym Use - Saturday & Sunday
Step inside our gym, and say hello to our fantastic fitness team. Whether you're a fitness newbie or returning after a break, our Big Open Weekend is all about letting you have a go. Our team will be on hand to guide you through the gym, they'll help you hope onto the equipment and make sure you feel fully comfortable in our gym.
Plus, you'll get complimentary access to our Boditrax on the day, this will give you instant insights to your body composition and our team will help you understand your results so you can set personalised goals that work for you. It's a quick and easy way to kick-start your fitness motivation.

FITIN30 is all about a fast, fiery, feel-good workout in only 30 minutes. You'll enjoy circuits with different stations, each one another chance to push yourself, try something new and build strength without overthinking it.
It's upbeat, motivating and designed to help you burn fat and tone up while having a good time. The best part, it's completely free, this weekend only.

Free Gymnastics Taster Sessions
Our Gymnastics programmes build agility, balance and coordination using various pieces of equipment including bars, beams and vaults with qualified instructors. These free taster sessions are a fantastic introduction to gymnastics lessons.
There are three types of session to choose from based on your child's age:
Taster Gymnastics for ages 1 - 3 years old 11am - 1.45pm
Introduce your little ones to movement, balancing, climbing, jumping and rolling using a range of equipment including soft play, balls and hoops.
Pre-School Taster Sessions for ages 3-4 years, 2pm - 4.45pm
These structured sessions are perfect for children to build their confidence and key foundation skills using a range of equipment including; Bars, Beams, Trampettes, Spring Boards, Vaults and Floor to encourage action, balance and coordination.
Gymnastics Taster Sessions for 4 - 11 years old, 2pm - 4.45pm
These are structured sessions where children are grouped into age and ability. These sessions are encouraging, developing agility, balance and coordination using a wide range of gymnastics equipment.
Children should wear comfortable clothing.
