Come and take a look around, try various activities and meet our fantastic team – they will be on hand to answer all of your enquiries.
You don’t have to be a member of our leisure centre or have visited us before to get involved in our Big Open Weekend, so why not bring your friends and family along too?

Free Swimming Lesson Taster Sessions
Our swimming lesson tasters are available for new members only and suitable for beginners.
Saturday
1pm - 2pm Splash session
3pm – 5pm Swimming lessons
Sunday
1pm - 2pm Splash session
The programme is designed to reward our learners for their development of the essential aquatic skills to be confident, competent and safe in the water.

Fitness activities
Complimentary Gym Sessions & Inductions - Saturday & Sunday
Our friendly gym and fitness team will be on hand to help, show you around and provide free inductions where you get chance to get on some of the equipment and make yourself familiar with the centre.

Personal Training Sessions
Why not try out our 30 minute PT sessions? One-to-one sessions with our dedicated trainers can make a real difference to your health and wellbeing as well as your results.

Our Health Suite area comprises of a relaxation area with lounge furniture and underfloor heating as well as a dedicated shower area and both a sauna and a steam room.
