Meet at the visitor centre for a nice and easy social run in the redwoods. We'll do the Blue track, all speeds are welcome.

"This year, 25 September is “Whānau Wednesday”, covering how feeling connected to others is strongly associated with better wellbeing. The theme for MHAW this year is “community is what we create together”, and it couldn’t be more appropriate for running clubs, especially when you consider how being active positively impacts mental health. It’s a great opportunity to highlight not just the physical and mental health benefits of running, but also the huge benefits of doing so as part of a community club".
