Our open gym time is designed for caregivers and little ones to explore, move, and connect in a safe and welcoming space. Together, we’ll foster the growth of secure attachment through free play while practicing skills like attunement, responsiveness, engagement, regulation, mindfulness, and repair.
Through playful connection, attachment is nurtured, bonds deepen, and love has room to grow. Whether you are new to parenting or years into the journey, this group creates space to strengthen your skills, connect with your child, and find community with others.
