Big Feelings Club is a fun, supportive class designed to help children understand and express their emotions in healthy ways. Kids learn tools to manage stress, build confidence, and communicate their feelings clearly.
This class is especially helpful for children experiencing changes at home or school, big emotions, or increased stress. Skills taught support emotional regulation, resilience, and self-confidence.
No prior experience required.
