Big Country Veterans Expo: Exhibitor Registration

Dear Potential Exhibitor:

On behalf of the Texas Veterans Land Board and the Texas Veterans Commission, your organization is cordially invited to participate in the upcoming Abilene Veterans Benefits Expo on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The Abilene Veterans Benefits Expo provides resources, food, and fun for all Abilene veterans, military members, and their families.

This event is co-hosted by the Texas Veterans Land Board and the Texas Veterans Commission. It is open to all current military members, veterans, and their families.

This is an excellent opportunity for your organization to reach hundreds of military families in the Abilene and surrounding areas. Do not miss out on this one-of-a-kind event, full of resources, camaraderie, and food trucks!

Note: All exhibitors can bring up to two (2) people per table. If you need to bring more than the maximum number of people allowed, please email Glen Pugh at [email protected] or Trey Hubbard at [email protected]

The registration deadline is April 30, 2026. There are only 40 tables available to register. Please only register your organization once.

All exhibitors must be set up by 8:30 AM on May 16, 2026. Please provide a cell phone and work phone number because some information may be distributed by text message up to the day of the event.

*For all government agencies that require more than one table, please register each department separately in Eventbrite so that we know how many tables to set up for your organization.

All Exhibitors must provide their own:

· tablecloth (tables will be 8ft)

· resources to pass out

Venue

This event will be held at the Expo Center of Taylor County. The address is 1700 Hwy. 36, Abilene, Texas 79602. It is listed as number 24 on the map attached to this email.

Parking

There will be plenty of parking for this event. You will be contacted closer to the event with final parking instructions. If you need help unloading, please let Glen or Trey know before the event.

Please help us spread the word about this event to your contacts and social media by using the attached flyer. If you know any Veteran employees at businesses, county/city governments, police, or fire departments, please share this event with them by forwarding the event flyer and the separate attendee registration link.
