They play the classics the way they were meant to be played: warm, wild, and full of that irresistible rhythm that turns any night into a dance floor. From 1900s street tunes to 1930s swing standards, this is the music that built the heartbeat of American jazz — hot, melodic, and impossible to sit still through.

Founded in 2013, Big Butter has been lighting up bars, festivals, swing dances, and jazz nights all across Southern California. Channeling both the legends of the past and the young lions of Frenchmen Street, they deliver a sound that gets your feet shuffling and your fingers snapping before you even know what hit you. Hard-driving rhythm, fiery horn lines, and ensemble choruses that feel like a celebration — that’s the Butter vibe.

Led by Conrad Cayman on guitar, banjo, and vocals, the band’s core lineup features some of SoCal’s finest hot-jazz players: Bob Aul, Riley Baker, Corey Gemme, Barbara Laronga, Mario Maggio, Lakshmi Ramirez, and Tsugumi Shikano — with a deep bench of guest players from New Orleans, Sacramento, San Francisco, and NYC.

• We can't accept cash at the door (casino policy), but credit cards are welcome if seats are available.
