We will be taking the Moon route to Lost Creek then heading into Hermann, MO to see Big Boy #4014. This is the world's largest operating steam locomotive. It will be roaring across Missouri & making a 15 minute whistlestop in Hermann on Monday, July 20th at approximately 2:15 pm. This is the last of the 25 Big Boy locomotives in operation today. After the train leaves Hermann we'll run Massas Creek Road ending up in Jonesburg, at the Ole Town Bar & Grill for some delicious food.😋 We should arrive at the restaurant somewhere around 4:30. You might want to throw a lawn chair into your Jeep in case we have to wait a while for the train. The scheduled stop times could vary. I know this is a work day but I'm hoping with this much notice you'll be able to schedule a day off. Please mark GOING if you plan to join us & let me know in the comments how many in your group for the restaurant.
