Geoffrey "Big Bird" Hughes who lost his battle on April 15th, 2019. He was a motivated Marine who would do anything to better those around him. He was a forward observer that rolled with us grunts while deployed to Afghanistan and had valuable knowledge that he loved to spread. Motivator, mentor, and truly a Marines Marine.
